We made 5 recipes this week. I am showcasing two -Garum and Tomato Jam.
Above you see the Garum, a Black Olive, Anchovy and Caper Spread, very delicious.
Ingredients: Black Olives, garlic, egg yolk, anchovies, rum, olive oil and dijon mustard.
Right: Look at that beautiful Tomato Jam. The flavor pops, sweet, savory and tart.
Ingredients: 3-4 Roman tomato - no skin; bit of sugar; tarragon and apple cider vinegar
Perfect on the beautiful Crustini. The Crustini is brushed with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, grilled, then rubbed with raw garlic. Perfect Party Food!
