International Cuisine at Phoenix College

First we visit Spain- Here is a photo of my Gazpacho -Super Delicious!

We are starting our International class in Spain. Here is a photo of the Gazpacho. Sevillano, Classic Gazpacho serves 4

Myy team also made a Potato Omelet, Espinacas a la Catalana, a delicious spinach side dish. The star in flavor was the Pera Salsa de Caramelo al cafe! Soo yummy! This translates to Pears with Caramel-Coffee Sauce.

Next week is week 2 of Spain then we move on to Cuisine of the Middle East!
