We begin by creating the swans body., to make the body e took the melted pieces of colored sugar making sure it id soft and pliable, formed a ball of sugar, forming a pocket for the sugar pump with my thumb. then attached the copper tube into the dent. Slowly pump air into the cavity rolling to make a body. When to perfect shape is formed, it is time to close the cavity and create a swan tail. awesome!
