pera cake is a French type of cake. It is made with layers of almond sponge cake soaked in coffee syrup, layered with ganache and coffee butter-cream, and covered in a chocolate ganache. I added Sliced almonds to garnish

Room For Dessert?
YES! I made each of these desserts! I needed something to shoot. The best part was tasting as you go. I love to bake, I love macro photography and this is the byproduct. Someday, I hope to have a little shop... maybe I can mix a bakery and a studio? I will keep you posted...
