Gum Paste Flowers

Gum paste is a very sweet edible sugar dough usually made from sugar and glucose.We made Calla Lilies, Daises and Roses and of course leaves I have photos of Chef Sedig demonstrating how to create wach flower. I will post them this weekend after making a Babys first Birthday Cake and 36 cupcakes...
